Role overview

Responsibilities

• Address client queries about credit reference agency data characteristics and scores.
• Support credit strategy, model development, and bespoke analytics projects.
• Analyze multiple data sources using statistical and computer science techniques.
• Communicate findings as actionable recommendations for client decision-making and profitability.
• Use data mining tools, Python, and SQL to prepare and analyze data.
• Collaborate on analytical and commercial solutions for internal and external clients.

Required experience

• Relevant numerical degree achieving 2:1 or higher.
• Proven experience with Python and SQL; application in a credit risk environment is ideal.
• Innovative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Advantageous experience

• Credit policy formulation and scorecard development are advantageous but not essential.
• Direct experience with credit bureau data is advantageous but not essential.

Working arrangement

• Four days of in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Friday.
