Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain data from various sources while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Develop and maintain databases, automated data processes, and operational trackers
  • Utilize advanced Excel for data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, charting, and MIS report creation
  • Provide performance metrics and KPIs through MIS reports following best practices
  • Manage and organize department email inbox with proper archiving and filing systems
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and updating SOPs
