Work with large data volumes: advanced manipulation and analysis in Excel (essential), with exposure to Power BI and/or SQL (assets).

Business analysis and stakeholder engagement

Serve as the link between business teams, IT, users, and leadership.

Facilitate meetings: plan and lead workshops, guide discussions, and document decisions.

Gather, structure, and document requirements (interviews, workshops), then turn information into practical recommendations (including challenging requests and proposing options).

Prepare and deliver presentations (committees, stakeholders, project teams) and work closely with the team.

Projects, change and quality assurance

Participate in projects (evolution of allocation models, control improvements, rule and tool changes) and coordinate certain workstreams.

Plan and coordinate initiatives related to organizational change (impacts, communications, adoption).

Support quality assurance: prepare, plan, and execute testing, including requirements traceability and change governance.

What you bring to the table:

Required experience with Oracle EPCM or Oracle EPM (e.g., EPBCS and Smart View) in a planning, allocation, and rules context.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis / business analysis and process improvement.

Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, governance, and controls (traceability, approvals, change management).

Advanced Excel (modelling, validations, controls, analysis) and comfort working with large data volumes.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
