Dunelm is a UK homewares retailer operating a multichannel business and investing in its supply chain, stores, and technology.
The company is growing its Analytics team to put data and insight at the heart of business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead medium to large analytics projects, translating commercial questions into plans and delivering timely analysis.
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, develop KPIs, and make evidence-backed recommendations.
- Communicate findings using tailored presentations, dashboards, summaries, and clear storytelling.
- Partner with stakeholders across commercial, ecommerce, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Improve analytics practices, data quality, reporting, and self-serve capability; share knowledge and coach early-career analysts.
Skills and experience required
- Experience in analytics, insight, or commercial analysis in retail, ecommerce, or another customer-facing business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience delivering analytics projects with commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail performance drivers.
- Ability to turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
