Position overview

Support the UK Wealth Business Development team across the UK wealth market and coordinate EMEA activity for GFI and Wealth sales initiatives.

The role supports client and prospect activity and coordinates deliverables across sales, investment, product, and internal teams.

The position offers exposure to the UK wealth market, private markets, and EMEA sales activity, with potential to take on greater responsibility over time.

Sales and client servicing

  • Support UK wealth-market business development and client servicing across wealth managers, private banks, financial advisers, and other intermediaries.
  • Coordinate EMEA GFI and Wealth sales activity, aligning stakeholders, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Track client and prospect requests, coordinate timely internal responses, and review materials before they are shared externally.
  • Support existing client relationships and new-business opportunities, including pipeline activity, meeting follow-ups, and requested materials.

Materials, reporting, and research

  • Prepare client meeting, presentation, review, and relationship-management materials; support RFPs, due diligence, and written client materials.
  • Assist with data checks, CRM updates, and sales reporting or information requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct UK wealth-market research and mapping, and build familiarity with clients, prospects, and distribution channels.
  • Own assigned projects and identify improvements to sales coordination, client servicing, and internal processes.

Education and experience

  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience; candidates may be considered at Analyst or Senior Analyst level depending on experience.
  • UK wealth-market experience is strongly preferred; relevant settings include asset management, private markets, wealth management, private banking, and distribution.
  • Experience in wealth sales support, business development, client servicing, relationship management, investment support, or product specialist support.
  • Understanding of UK wealth clients and distribution channels is sought; private-markets exposure and multi-team or multi-market coordination experience are preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, with flexibility on educational background.

Skills and tools

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is beneficial.
  • Strong coordination, organisation, attention to detail, communication, client-service and commercial mindset, ownership, and collaboration.
