Senior Analyst, Business Development

Qualifications:

• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Credibility to engage business leaders in strategic discussions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to connect analytics to business strategy and outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and helping define the right question and answer.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, insurance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or adjacent industry.
• Experience building insights, reports, or dashboards that inform business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Pay information:
• The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The national average salary range for the Senior Analyst, Business Development is $78,000 - $107,250 with 15% incentive.
