NAFA is seeking
a Senior Analyst / Associate
to join its
M&A team in Dubai
and play a key role in the execution and development of advisory mandates across
mergers & acquisitions, capital raising

strategic finance transactions.
The successful candidate will work directly alongside the managing director and will be expected to take ownership of transaction workstreams, produce high-quality client materials.

Key responsibilities
1.
Transaction Execution
- Support
- due diligence
- processes and oversee
- data room
- preparation and management.
- Monitor
- transaction timelines
- and ensure
- high-quality deliverables
- under tight deadlines.
- 2.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build and maintain
- complex financial models
- , including integrated operating models, DCF valuations, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO models, merger models, and scenario analyses.
- Analyze
- financial statements
- ,
- business plans,
- and
- strategic
- initiatives.
- Prepare
- valuation analyses
- and
- investment recommendations
- for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and challenge
- management assumptions
- and
- forecasts.

Marketing Materials & Investor Documentation
- Prepare the production of high-quality
- pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, investor presentations,
- and
- marketing materials.
- Develop compelling
- equity stories
- and
- investment cases
- tailored to target investors and strategic buyers.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and
- professional presentation standards
- across all client-facing materials.

Market Research & Origination Support
- Conduct
- sector analyses, market mapping exercises, investor screening
- , and
- acquisition
- target identification.
- Leverage
- databases
- such as Capital IQ, Mergermarket, PitchBook, FactSet, Bloomberg and other relevant sources to identify opportunities and support transaction execution.
- Contribute to origination efforts by
- preparing commercial proposals, market updates,
- and
- strategic positioning
- materials.
- 5.
Team Contribution
- Mentor and review the work of junior analysts when applicable.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal templates, models, and execution processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with a specialization
in Corporate Finance, Financial Engineering
- , or
- a related field.
- **3–7 years**
- of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Strategic Advisory.
- Demonstrated experience
- executing M&A
- and/or
- fundraising transactions.
- Advanced
- financial modeling
- and
- valuation
skills
- .
- Excellent command of
Excel
and
PowerPoint,
- with the ability to produce client-ready materials independently.
- Strong proficiency with
Capital IQ, Mergermarket, PitchBook, FactSet, Bloomberg
- , or equivalent financial databases.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
