Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related science or engineering discipline
- 10+ years of air permitting and compliance experience, preferably in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including technical writing, presentations, and direct client interaction
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and developing compliance strategies for State and Federal air quality regulations
- Proven problem‐solving and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
- Valid State driver’s license
- Experience with electric generation and/or cement manufacturing air permitting and regulatory programs (Texas preferred)
- Familiarity with air dispersion modeling
