About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Trading Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize a fully automated algorithmic trading system focused on XAUUSD (Gold) and multi-asset markets.

This role combines machine learning, quantitative trading, and real-time system engineering to build a high-performance, adaptive trading engine capable of operating in live market conditions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of financial markets, price action, and algorithmic trading, alongside strong expertise in Python, AI/ML models, and MetaTrader 5 integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Development & Architecture

• Design and implement a fully automated trading system in Python integrated with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
• Build a real-time trading engine capable of:
• Signal generation (AI + rule-based strategies)
• Trade execution
• Risk management
• Ensure system stability, low latency, and fault tolerance

2. AI & Machine Learning

• Develop and optimize ML models (LSTM, classification models, ensemble models) for trade prediction
• Implement:
• Feature engineering (OHLCV, volatility, momentum, structure)
• Model training pipelines
• Continuous learning / retraining loops
• Improve model accuracy and adaptability over time

3. Strategy Development

• Implement and enhance trading strategies including:
• Breakout strategies
• Trend-following with pullbacks
• Mean reversion (RSI-based)
• Smart Money Concepts (BOS, CHoCH, liquidity sweep)
• Combine AI validation + price action logic
• Optimize entry/exit timing and trade frequency

4. Risk & Position Management

• Develop advanced risk systems including:
• Dynamic lot sizing based on signal strength and equity
• ATR-based Stop Loss / Take Profit
• Trailing stop logic and break-even systems
• Ensure capital preservation while maximizing returns

5. Performance Optimization

• Backtest strategies across multiple timeframes (M5, M15, M30, H1)
• Build logging system to:
• Track performance per timeframe
• Identify best-performing configurations
• Continuously optimize system for:
• Profitability
• Trade quality vs frequency balance

6. Integration & Infrastructure

• Integrate with:
• TradingView (alerts)
• APIs (market data providers)
• Telegram / notification systems
• Deploy system on VPS or cloud environment
• Ensure 24/7 reliable operation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with:
• MetaTrader 5 (MT5 Python API)
• Pandas, NumPy
• TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch
• Experience building real-time trading systems

Trading Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of:
• Forex & commodities markets (especially Gold – XAUUSD)
• Price action and market structure
• Familiarity with:
• Technical indicators (EMA, RSI, MACD, ATR)
• Multi-timeframe analysis

AI / Quant Skills:

• Experience with:
• Time series modeling
• Feature engineering for financial data
• Model evaluation and optimization
• Ability to translate trading logic into ML models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hedge funds, prop trading firms, or quant teams
• Experience building fully automated trading bots
• Familiarity with:
• FastAPI / backend services
• Docker / cloud deployment
• Reinforcement learning (bonus)
