About Remon Consulting
Remon Consulting is a UK-based management consulting firm with a growing presence across the GCC, specialising in strategy, AI adoption, finance transformation and organisational performance.
We advise governments, multinational organisations and high-growth businesses on complex strategic challenges across technology, media, healthcare, the creative industries and the public sector.
We are currently assembling a small project team for a strategic advisory engagement with an international government agency.
The project will explore the evolving Artificial Intelligence landscape, emerging technologies, commercial adoption, policy considerations and future opportunities within a rapidly developing regional market.
We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI Strategy & Research Consultant to lead the technical AI workstream and help shape a high-profile strategic engagement.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a flagship international strategy project examining how Artificial Intelligence is transforming economies, industries and public services.
Working alongside the Project Director, you will provide thought leadership across AI strategy, emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems, translating complex technical developments into clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers.
This is not
a software engineering or AI development role.
Instead, we're looking for someone who combines deep technical understanding with strategic thinking, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- You will play a leading role in:
- Researching emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, multimodal AI and enterprise AI.
- Assessing AI adoption, innovation trends and ecosystem maturity across multiple sectors.
- Developing strategic insights, maturity assessments and evidence-based recommendations.
- Benchmarking international AI ecosystems and identifying leading practices.
- Advising on AI governance, regulation, ethics and responsible AI.
- Supporting senior stakeholder interviews, workshops and executive presentations.
- Producing high-quality reports and briefing papers suitable for executive and government audiences.
- Providing technical quality assurance across all AI-related project outputs.

Qualifications
- Desirable qualifications include:
- Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in AI, cloud technologies or digital transformation.
- Experience contributing to strategic research, policy development or executive advisory assignments.
