Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role overview

Accountabilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of the agentic AI orchestration platform.
• Create modular AI components and intelligent agents using a multi-node architecture.
• Develop production LLM applications with Claude, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, vector databases, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build Python and FastAPI APIs and backend services for reliability and production readiness.
• Establish security and responsible AI practices for enterprise or regulated data.
• Provide technical leadership, guide implementation, evaluate trade-offs, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and/or AI/ML experience with senior architecture responsibilities.
• Production experience building and operating LLM-based applications.
• Advanced Python, FastAPI, Claude API, LangGraph or LangChain, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering experience.
• Experience designing agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, and scalable APIs.
• Strong knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, privacy, enterprise governance, and regulated data environments.
• Strong software architecture, technical leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with ownership and delivery focus.
