Responsibilities
- Define AI architecture and review designs and code.
- Establish governance and compliance frameworks for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data, cloud, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable systems.
- Mentor engineers, refine engineering best practices, and participate in client discussions.
- Align AI platforms and applications with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI and GenAI engineering, including LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflow design.
- Experience with data engineering and analytics platforms, distributed data processing, streaming technologies, and search or indexing tools.
- Proficiency in cloud and application engineering on major cloud providers and modern backend and frontend frameworks.
- Background in quality engineering, test automation, and governance practices for enterprise and regulated environments.
- Product and technical leadership skills, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, foster inclusive culture, and drive continuous improvement.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are beneficial.
- Experience in or with regulated industries and familiarity with compliance standards.
