About The Role

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer / AI Architect to help build and optimize a next-generation AI platform focused on document intelligence, structured data extraction, validation workflows, and AI-powered automation.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has real experience building production-grade AI systems using LLMs, multimodal models, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure — not just prototypes or demos.

  • We are specifically looking for someone capable of reducing hallucinations, improving output consistency, and designing AI systems that can operate reliably in real-world business workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced AI workflows using LLMs and multimodal AI systems
  • Develop document intelligence pipelines for extracting structured data from PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and unstructured documents
  • Improve AI response accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Reduce hallucinations and invalid outputs in production environments
  • Implement structured output systems using JSON schemas and validation contracts
  • Build AI agents and reasoning workflows for validation, classification, and cross-document analysis
  • Create evaluation pipelines to measure:
  • accuracy
  • latency
  • extraction quality
  • hallucination rates
  • Optimize processing speed and system scalability
  • Collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers to integrate AI into a SaaS platform
  • Deploy and maintain AI services on cloud infrastructure

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with:
  • OpenAI

• Gemini And Vertex AI

  • Claude
  • or similar LLM ecosystems
  • Advanced Python backend experience
  • Experience building production AI systems
  • Experience with:
  • AI agents
  • orchestration frameworks
  • structured outputs
  • prompt engineering
  • evaluation systems
  • Strong understanding of hallucination prevention techniques
  • Experience with OCR, document parsing, and multimodal AI systems
  • Strong API and backend integration skills
  • Experience deploying scalable AI services on cloud infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
  • LangChain
  • LlamaIndex
  • CrewAI

• OpenAI Agents SDK

  • custom AI orchestration systems
  • Experience with Google Cloud / Cloud Run / Vertex AI
  • Experience building workflow automation systems
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Startup experience preferred

What We’re Looking For
