Company Overview

  • Kobeco Concept for Interior Design is an event company based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other commercial documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding event requirements and project updates.
  • Assist the operations and project teams with administrative and documentation requirements.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, contracts, and company records.
  • Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support for event planning, logistics, and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 7 years of administrative experience, preferably in an event or related industry.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Knowledge of event operations and coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
