Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other commercial documents
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding event requirements and project updates
- Assist the operations and project teams with administrative and documentation requirements
- Manage correspondence, emails, contracts, and company records
- Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Support procurement activities and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy
- Provide administrative support for event planning, logistics, and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years of administrative experience, preferably in an event or related industry
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Knowledge of event operations and coordination is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
