Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations, office management, and facility services.
- Handle company transactions through government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Balady, Chamber of Commerce, and ZATCA.
- Coordinate the issuance and renewal of licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documents.
- Support employee-related government processes, including Iqama, visas, work permits, transfers, and medical insurance.
- Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders on administrative and regulatory matters.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, government regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, and welfare services.
- Manage office assets, inventory, vendor records, contracts, and service agreements.
- Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, security services, and workplace support functions.
- Support project sites with administrative and logistical requirements.
- Organize meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Administration and Government Relations experience, preferably in Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, MOFA, Saudi Business Centre, Ministry of Commerce, MISA, Riyadh Chamber, TAMM, Najam, National Address (SPL), Modon, Ministry of Industry and Minerals, Ejar, Gosi, Mudad, ZATCA, Balady, Salama, Saudi Electricity, National Water Co, FATOORA, SABER, FASAH, NAJIZ, etc.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government relations processes, and administrative best practices.
- Experience in office administration, facilities management, employee accommodation, transportation coordination, procurement administration, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory.
