Accounts

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and payroll processing.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with audits and year-end closing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

Administration

• Manage office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers for administrative and operational requirements.
• Maintain and update records, contracts, and agreements in a systematic manner.
• Assist in HR and employee documentation processes.

Requirements

• **Gender:** male
• **Experience:** Proven work experience in Accounts and Admin roles in the UAE.
• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• **Software Skills:** Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho,or similar).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English , Hindi , Malayalam .
