Senior Accountant – UAE Experience Required

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS
• Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Assist with Corporate Tax preparation and filings
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with clients and support audit processes
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of **UAE accounting experience** (mandatory)
• Prior experience in an **accounting/consultancy firm** (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of **Zoho Books** and **QuickBooks**
• Good understanding of **VAT and Corporate Tax in UAE**
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

• CA Inter / ACCA / equivalent qualification
• Experience handling multiple clients
