Senior Accountant – UAE Experience Required
About This Role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consultancy/accounting firms and be well-versed with UAE compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS
- Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist with Corporate Tax preparation and filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with clients and support audit processes
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in an accounting/consultancy firm (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and QuickBooks
- Good understanding of VAT and Corporate Tax in UAE
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- CA Inter / ACCA / equivalent qualification
- Experience handling multiple clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
