Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Accountant** with prior UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle accounting responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Strong inventory management knowledge- physical stock, batches, FIFO
- Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Take carry of day-to-day transactions- sales, purchase, expenses, banking
- Have HR knowledge to provide leave details, renewal of visa, medical insurance
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT and accounting standards**
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
