ستكون مسؤول عن ربط المحاسبة المالية + محاسبة المشاريع + التدفقات النقدية في منظومة واحدة تدعم القرار.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
المحاسبة المالية (أساس قوي مطلوب)
إدارة القيود اليومية بكفاءة عالية
إعداد القوائم المالية بدقة واحتراف
إدارة الذمم المدينة والدائنة
المطابقات البنكية والإقفال الشهري والسنوي
محاسبة المشاريع (Core Role)
قيادة محاسبة المشاريع بالكامل
تحليل الربحية ونسبة الإنجاز (POC)
مراقبة التكاليف والانحرافات
ضبط المستخلصات والتدفقات المرتبطة بها
التدفقات النقدية والتحكم المالي
إدارة السيولة بشكل استباقي
تسريع التحصيل وتقليل المخاطر
الالتزام الكامل مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك

سعودي الجنسية 🇸🇦
خبرة 6–10 سنوات (خبرة قوية في شركات هندسية/مقاولات)
عقلية تحليلية + فهم عميق للأعمال
قادر على العمل كشريك لإدارة المشاريع وليس منفذ فقط
ميزة تنافسية
Socpa / Cma / Cpa
خبرة في أنظمة Zoho Books
تجربة في تسعير المشاريع أو دعم العطاءات

Location

We are seeking a highly capable Saudi Senior Accountant who goes beyond routine bookkeeping to lead financial control, drive project profitability, and act as a true business partner to management.
Head Office: Riyadh, with flexibility to relocate within the Kingdom based on business needs
Your Role
You will be responsible for integrating financial accounting + project accounting + cash flow management into a unified system that supports strategic decision-making.
Financial Accounting (Strong Foundation Required)
Manage daily accounting entries with high efficiency
Prepare financial statements with accuracy and professionalism
Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable
Perform bank reconciliations and monthly/year-end closing
Project Accounting (Core Role)
Lead full-cycle project accounting
Analyze profitability and Percentage of Completion (POC)
Monitor costs and variances
Control project invoices and related cash flows
Cash Flow & Financial Control
Proactively manage liquidity
Accelerate collections and mitigate financial risks
Ensure full compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
Who We’re Looking For
Saudi National 🇸🇦
6–10 years of experience (strong background in engineering/contracting firms)
Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
Able to act as a financial partner to project management, not just an executor
Experience
with Zoho Books
Exposure to project pricing or tendering support
