Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA designation or active enrollment preferred). • 2+ years experience required (5+ years accounting experience preferred; manufacturing or heavy industrial environment preferred). • Bilingualism in English and French is strictly required. • Willingness to accommodate periodic local site travel and necessary overtime • Strong working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset. • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills. • Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines. • Assertive, comfortable communicating with various types of individuals. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Good interpersonal and customer service skills. • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners. • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures. • Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing accounting principles.
