Role overview
Indra Group is seeking a Senior Accountant for its finance team in Saudi Arabia.
The role manages day-to-day accounting, Saudi tax compliance, financial reporting, audit processes, and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as requested.
- Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and manage WHT calculations, filings, and payments in compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
- Manage e-invoicing and ensure accurate generation and reporting of electronic invoices under ZATCA regulations.
- Manage payroll calculations, deductions, WPS compliance, and timely employee payments.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.
- Proven experience managing external audits and preparing supporting documentation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
