Senior Accountant Executive

About The Role

• Maintain full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts
• receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with HKFRS and
• internal reporting timelines.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, various management reports for senior
• management.
• Handle Hong Kong profits tax computations and assist with preparation and filing of tax
• returns with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD), in coordination with tax advisors where
• required.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue, expenses, accruals, and provisions on
• an accrual basis of accounting.
• Support annual statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules and liaison with
• external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong company, accounting, and tax regulations and
• internal control procedures.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursement processing
• as applicable.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation of
• accounting procedures.
