• What you'll own:
• Full-cycle accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• VAT & Corporate Tax compliance (UAE regulatory filings, zero-penalty track record expected)
• Inventory reconciliation and import/export logistics coordination
• Freight forwarding and shipping documentation across our distribution network
• HR administration — contracts, visas, PRO coordination, and monthly payroll
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewals
• MIS reporting, budgeting support, and audit readiness
• You're a fit if you:
• ✅ Have solid UAE accounting experience (VAT/Corporate Tax non-negotiable)
• ✅ Are comfortable wearing multiple hats - finance, HR ops, and logistics in one seat
• ✅ Think in KPIs: 100% accuracy, 5-day month-end close, zero-variance stock counts
• ✅ Want ownership, not just a checklist
