Senior Accountant

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel

· Excellent English communication skills

· Sound knowledge of Tally & Odoo s/w

· All Accounts department staff

Primary functions

· Review & cross check daily reconciliations of payments received/banked.

· Prepare and process journal entries

· Prepare and process accounting entries for the funds and the projects of the Company

· Prepare and perform analysis of internal financial statements

· Assist with internal and external audit requirements

· Generate invoices and liaise with clients to ensure efficiency of accounts receivable

· Prepare and retain log of LPO’s issued by the Company

· Receive and process all supplier invoices

· Prepare and process payments to suppliers

· Handle petty cash

· Process the payment of salaries

· Process employee expense reports and ensure they are in accordance with company policies

· Assist in producing reports for management

· Assist in the preparation of cash flow and other financial statements

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
