Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare management reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost controls.
• Process payroll and related accounting entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement strong internal controls.
• Support management with financial analysis, business performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum **5 years of accounting experience in the UAE**.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in **Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and Focus ERP**.
• Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting, and Financial Modeling).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA will be an added advantage.
• Experience in retail, trading, e-commerce, or distribution businesses preferred.
