Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Senior Accountant** for **Al Qouz 1, Dubai location.** The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, general office administration, and coordination duties to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Accounting Duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry into accounting systems (Mass Garage & Quick Books).
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support the management with documentation and filing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **4-6 years of relevant experience** in accounting and office administration in UAE.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Mass Garage & QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
