Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile **intercompany accounts and transactions**.
• Monitor and analyze **project and business unit P&L performance**.
• Manage **Accounts Receivable (AR)** and **Accounts Payable (AP)**.
• Maintain **fixed asset registers** and related reports.
• Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements**.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and **cash flow management**.
• Coordinate with **external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities** when required.
• Ensure proper use and management of **QuickBooks accounting software**.
• Improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• **Chinese nationality preferred**.
• Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field**.
• Minimum **5 years of finance/accounting experience**.
• Experience in **group companies or multi-entity operations** is preferred.
• Strong background in **account reconciliation, project P&L analysis, AR/AP management, and fixed asset control**.
• **Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory**.
• Good command of **English** (spoken and written) as a working language.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple company accounts.
• UAE finance experience is an advantage.
