Senior Accountant

Salary: AED 8,500 – 10,000 per month (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support audit and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and has strong, proven experience with Odoo accounting software.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all ledger accounts are accurately reconciled

Maintain proper, audit-ready documentation for all financial transactions

Maintain the petty cash statement and record all related transactions in the accounting software

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Prepare required schedules and documentation to support external/internal audits

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Record supplier and customer invoices in the system

Manage customer invoicing and follow up on collections

Reconcile supplier and customer account statements

Assist in preparing subcontractor payment certificates

Apply working knowledge of UAE VAT to day-to-day transaction recording and reporting

Assist with employee medical insurance applications and renewals

Educational Qualification: ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA or MBA (Finance) preferred

Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience (construction/manufacturing industry background preferred)

Strong, demonstrable experience with Odoo (mandatory preference); working knowledge of Zoho is an advantage

Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT

Proven experience managing collections and client account relationships

Excellent communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi

Valid UAE driving license (compulsory)

Presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing interactions
