Overview
We're launching a new accounting firm for in the UAE - built on a modern tech and automation stack, designed for high-volume client service at startup margins.
Working alongside our established legal practice (Regulex Legal Consulting), we're hiring a founding accountant who will set up client delivery from zero: bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, payroll, monthly close.
This is not a role at an established firm.
We are building one.
First 6 Months
- Personally handle the first 5-15 clients. No delegation, hands on the books, surfacing every UAE compliance edge case
- Design the client onboarding playbook, chart of accounts standards, and SLA structure
- Co-design automated workflows with the engineering team.
- Set up monthly close calendar, WPS payroll, VAT filing, Corporate Tax process
- Own FTA compliance end-to-end
- Hire and mentor the first junior accountant once the book grows
Must-have
- 5+ years of operational accounting (not pure audit, not pure advisory)
- Multi-client services experience at an outsourced accounting firm or corporate services provider — 10+ SME clients served in parallel
- 3+ years in the UAE, hands-on with FTA portal, VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS payroll
- Fluent Russian + working English
- Tech-forward mindset
- Strongly preferred:
- ACCA / FCCA / ACA / CPA (in progress acceptable)
- Experience serving clients in the UAE
- FTA Tax Agent License (or in progress)
- Strong Zoho Books / Xero / QuickBooks with integrations experience
- Multi-entity / group consolidation experience
Compensation
- is structured individually based on experience and scope of contribution.

- Direct role in shaping the firm, not executing someone else's playbook
- Cross-selling pipeline through our existing legal practice from day one
