AM Auto Repair is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **Accounts Receivable (AR)** and **Accounts Payable (AP)** processes
- Maintain and update **general ledger** and accounting records
- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**
- Perform **account reconciliations** (bank, supplier, and customer accounts)
- Manage **invoicing, billing, and collections**
- Assist in **finalization of accounts** and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with **UAE VAT regulations** and filing
- Monitor **cash flow** and financial transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, operations)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum **3–5 years of accounting experience**
- **Mandatory: Automotive industry experience** (auto repair, garage, car trading, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of **general accounting, AR & AP, and financial reporting**
- Experience with **UAE VAT** and compliance
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- UAE work experience
- Experience in garage or auto repair business accounting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
