We are looking for an experienced **VAT Accountant** to join our team.
Requirements
Proven experience with UAE VAT filing and compliance
Previous accounting experience in Dubai is mandatory
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA requirements
Ability to prepare, review, and submit VAT returns independently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and on time
Maintaining VAT records and supporting documentation
Ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations
Reviewing invoices and financial transactions for VAT accuracy
Reconciling VAT accounts and preparing reports
Assisting with audits and FTA-related requirements
Advising management on VAT-related matters and compliance updates
**Mandatory Requirement:** Candidates must have hands-on experience managing VAT filings in Dubai and be able to handle the entire VAT process independently.
