We are looking for an **SENIOR** **FEMALE** **ACCOUNTANT** for a **full-time position**
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of the accounting books.
Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements along with accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in the monthly and annual closing processes.
Maintain records of petty cash and expenses related to projects.
Collaborate with the procurement and project departments to confirm purchase orders and payment documentation.
Aid in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure adherence to UAE accounting regulations.
Monitor supplier payments and follow up on any outstanding balances.
Assist auditors by providing necessary documents and schedules.
Carry out filing, data entry, and other administrative accounting duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction sector.
Familiarity with Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Must reside in Dubai and be available for immediate employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
