Senior Accountant

Ensure timely **recording of sales invoices** and subsidiary ledger balancing.

**Review monthly bank reconciliations** and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Ensure **accurate payroll processing**, including gross earnings, deductions, and net withdrawals.

Conduct **monthly inter-company and petty cash reconciliations**.

Review **fixed assets schedule, depreciation calculations, and reconciliations**.

Maintain **corporate documentation** as required by local regulations.

Assist in the **development of internal controls, policies, and procedures**.

Ensure **timely and accurate management information** is provided to stakeholders.

Maintain good professional relationships with suppliers while adhering to credit terms.
