Job Summary

Accounting Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, project-wise records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Track client advances, collections, vendor payments, cash, bank, petty cash, and transaction records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations and process payroll, deductions, advances, and employee settlements.
• Maintain GST, TDS, statutory records, financial documentation, and confidentiality of company information.
• Prepare monthly reports, support month-end and year-end closing, and correct accounting discrepancies.

Project Accounting Responsibilities

• Track project income, expenses, budgets, actual costs, client payment stages, and project profitability.
• Verify material purchases and labour expenses against project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams on bills, expenses, and payment requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, GST, TDS, payroll, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally or accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, communication, coordination, and deadline management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or another project-based company is preferred.
• Project-wise accounting, advanced Excel, Tally or ERP, cost control, and analytical problem-solving experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month.
