Ard Al Jamal Cosmetics Manufacturing LLC is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
We are looking for candidates with practical experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory reconciliation, cost accounting, UAE VAT, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, and MIS reports
- Maintain opening stock, closing stock, stock valuation, and inventory reconciliation
- Handle manufacturing cost accounting, BOM costing, product costing, and COGS calculation
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and management teams
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
- Support UAE VAT, Corporate Tax schedules, audit preparation, and compliance
- Assist in ERP implementation and process improvement; Odoo ERP experience preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Experience with Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP/accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Important
Candidates with only retail or trading experience and no manufacturing/inventory accounting exposure may not be suitable for this role.
