Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Accountant for its Accounts and Finance department.
The role reports to the Finance Manager or management and involves independently managing the company accounting function.

Compensation
- The stated salary is ₹32,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on experience, qualification, skills, and interview performance.
- A separate pay listing states ₹32,434.29–₹65,757.59 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and review profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, trial balances, and financial reports.
- Handle payables, receivables, vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and perform GST reconciliation.
- Manage bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, inter-company or branch reconciliations, cash flow, and payment schedules.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and support year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with chartered accountants, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Support audits, verify invoices and accounting records, maintain fixed asset schedules, and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, and guide junior accountants.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance is required.
- Experience with finalization of accounts and audit coordination is required.
- Independent experience managing accounting from transaction entry through finalization is required.
- Manufacturing, aluminium, engineering, or trading industry experience is preferred.
- Experience supervising or guiding junior accounting staff is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good command of MS Excel and working knowledge of Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of documentation and record keeping.
Education
- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent qualification is required.
