Job Summary
MBR Auto Services L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Accountant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, monitoring company finances, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and financial databases.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- **Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (mandatory).**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
