Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, manage liquidity forecasts, coordinate funding and payments, and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain banking relationships and platforms; administer foreign-currency transactions; oversee banking agreements and compliance reporting.
• Manage letters of credit, bank guarantees, performance bonds, and related documentation for international transactions.
• Coordinate annual corporate insurance renewals and collect financial and operational information for underwriting.
• Review customer credit reports, establish credit limits, monitor payment terms, and manage credit risk in ERP systems.
• Oversee workers’ compensation reporting, corporate credit card transaction issues, and international travel insurance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking administration, foreign exchange, financial reporting, and risk management.

Preferred experience and tools

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, corporate banking platforms, credit reporting tools, and advanced Excel is an asset.
