Role Overview
Manage the company's financial operations for a dynamic retail organization.
The role is listed in the description as Manager, Accounts and requires 7 to 8 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial controls.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Handle statutory audits and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Store teams.
- Manage vendor, bank, and external auditor relationships.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead and mentor the Accounts team.
Key Requirements
- 7 to 8 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- M.Com, Inter CA, MBA, or PGDM in Finance qualification.
Compensation
- Salary is up to ₹6 LPA.
- Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
