Senior Accountant / HR Admin Work role in the automotive industry, with 3–4 years of relevant experience requested.
Full-time position with a stated work location in person and monthly pay of AED 4,000–6,000.
Accounting responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Keep financial records accurate, complete, and up to date; reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely book closing and accurate trial balances.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for management decisions and financial planning.
- Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory compliance; file tax returns and maintain tax audit documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare projections, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital and fund flow.
- Develop internal controls, streamline processes, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff, review their work, coordinate across departments, and present monthly MIS reports.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Dubai in the automotive industry.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven accounting experience and strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
