Role overview

Accounting duties

• Prepare and process payment and receipt vouchers and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and support timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents regularly.
• Process employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist with VAT returns and other tax-related documentation.
• Record expenses paid through bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards.
• Process bank deposits and maintain transaction records.
• Manage petty cash, receipts, and expense records.
• Maintain current physical and digital financial records.
• Coordinate with departments to improve operational and financial efficiency.

Pay

• AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
