Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and monitor company income and expenses.
- Prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier payments, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, supplier, and customer accounts and manage petty cash.
- Track project costs, budgets, profitability, outstanding payments, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow, and management reports.
- Coordinate payroll, WPS requirements, employee settlements, UAE VAT, and corporate tax records.
- Maintain documentation, support external audits, and coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, clients, and authorities.
- Maintain separate, accurate, and confidential financial records for each company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, interior design, contracting, or building materials is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.
- Ability to manage accounts for multiple companies and projects.
- Good English communication, organization, time management, accuracy, and independent working skills.

- Project costing and profitability analysis.
- Budget preparation and cash-flow forecasting.
- Supplier and subcontractor accounts.
- Client payment collections and aging reports.
- UAE payroll, WPS, and employee settlement calculations.
- Improving accounting procedures and filing systems.
Pay
- AED 7,000–AED 8,000 per month.
