Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, reconcile statements, and verify contract terms before payment.
- Prepare progress and milestone billing, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance through accurate filing and documentation.
- Coordinate banking operations, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and credit facilities.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Good understanding of billing cycles, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
