Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and maintain operational liquidity.
- Supervise and verify daily cash sales collection, documentation, and deposits.
- Work with food and beverage operations to monitor stock, control costs, and reduce wastage.
- Support management with financial insights and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5–7 years of hospitality accounting experience, specifically in food and beverage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and hospitality industry standards.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Driving license.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
