Oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and business performance while supporting executive decision-making and long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategy and planning; oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead accounting, finance, and treasury operations; manage banking relationships, investments, and financial risk assessments.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 8–15 years of senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, compliance, and UAE regulations.
- Analytical, leadership, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
