Purpose of the Job

Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic development of new business opportunities and the maintenance of existing customer relationships, in alignment with Aramex commercial strategies.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Identify and create revenue-generating channels through cross-selling, upselling, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Implement best sales practices to meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction while capitalizing on growth potential.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized and tailored solutions that align with their unique requirements.
  • Maintain a balanced approach to revenue growth, focusing on both organic growth and new business generation through effective customer profiling.
  • Guide customers to utilize cost-effective service channels and promote increased use of automation for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer performance and targets, devising strategic plans to help achieve and exceed set objectives.
  • Oversee the collection of required customer information and documents to ensure seamless onboarding and operational handover.
  • Ensure customer information is accurately maintained and updated using CRM tools to facilitate effective account management.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good product knowledge
  • Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
  • Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
