Senior Account Executive role on the third shift in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Duties and responsibilities
- Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery.
- Analyze customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Match customer demand with quotes for freight-related inquiries.
- Build strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain accurate information in company operating systems.
- Organize and manage daily shipments to meet the No-Fail policy.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems.
- Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
Skills and abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Business-minded approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
