Senior Account Executive (Finance & Compliance)

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and account management, combined with deep technical expertise in UAE accounting and tax regulations. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring full financial compliance, and driving professional growth within our firm.

Key Responsibilities

* *Financial Management:

* Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements across multiple currencies (AED, USD, EUR, GBP, INR).

* *Tax & VAT Compliance:* Handle the registration, reconciliation, and submission of VAT returns for clients across various industries.

* *Corporate Tax:* Assist clients with corporate tax registration and filing in accordance with the latest UAE regulations.

* *Audit & Internal Checks:* Manage audit processes and conduct regular internal checks of accounts to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial standards.

* *Regulatory Compliance:* Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all operations meet UAE law requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards.

* *Licensing & Legal:* Review and process applications for business licenses, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.

* *Banking & Forex:* Coordinate with banks for business setups and manage complex transactions, including Forex, Import LC, and forward bookings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* *Education:* Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and M.Com (ABST).

* *Professional Certifications:* CA Inter or ACCA (appearing/qualified), with specialized Corporate Tax Training.

* *Experience:* Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or accounting roles within the UAE.

* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in accounting, auditing, financial management, and tax consulting.

* *Soft Skills:* Excellent presentation skills, strong client relations capabilities, and a quick-learning, resourceful mindset.

Languages: Professional fluency in English
