Seeking a Social Media Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This role will support the management of social media accounts within the culture, heritage, and public sector space, working closely with a key government entity focused on preserving and promoting national heritage and cultural identity
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of social media accounts within the culture and heritage sector.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, community management, and production) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content.
- Assist in developing social media content plans that promote cultural initiatives, heritage programs, and community engagement.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure content is published according to schedule.
- Prepare clear briefs for internal teams and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Develop and maintain monthly editorial calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
- Track content performance and assist in preparing monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, digital storytelling formats, and platform updates.
- Support live coverage for cultural activations, events, and national initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
- Interest in cultural storytelling, heritage initiatives, and community-driven content
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams
