Part-time, hybrid Senior Account Clerk position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to perform some tasks from home.
Works closely with finance and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting; prepare invoices and track receivables and payables.
- Assist with account management and respond to internal and external account inquiries.
- Support timely issue resolution, clear documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, support audits, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with ledgers, reconciliations, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Customer service capabilities and account management skills, including accurate records, balance tracking, and follow-up.
- Accounting or ERP software and standard office tools such as spreadsheets are beneficial.
- Relevant clerical or accounting experience is advantageous; finance or business services experience is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to prioritize part-time work in a hybrid setting and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
